Wow. This could almost qualify as a drunk post from you.
If you have any tea bags- even herbal tea bags- try using those as gauze for a few hours every so often. It helps with the healing process.
I hope the next few days go well! Wow. This could almost qualify as a drunk post from you. Hee!
I don't have tea bags! I don't do tea. THEN YOU WILL SUFFER.
Or not. ![[User Picture]](https://l-userpic.livejournal.com/72095953/975186) | From: | ryca |

Mind if I ask what is featured in your icon? I can't seem to make it out. It's a sideways teddybear patch on the leg of the mechanic's suit that Kaylee on Firefly wore. It's a still from when she was injured badly in the pilot episode and the camera lingered on the patch for a second.
And then, many years ago when I didn't have any Adobe products, I added the "Ow." text to the picture.
Edited at 2009-05-10 04:41 am (UTC) We got to stick together, dude.
I just always liked the shot that lingered on the teddybear while they did surgery on Kaylee in the background. Watch the episode again. It's a great little moment and makes your heart twinge a little in fear and sympathy for her even though you know she lives. Oh my.
You had general anesthesia for this? Yikes.
Irreversible cardiac arrest. Heh. It does sound better than "death."
Hope the recovery goes well! I can't listen to this at work, but the comments are making me concerned! I hope you're ok, Sunil. *huuuuug* Wisdom tooth removal. He sounds groggy, but I believe he'll live. Aw, thank you! I figured it couldn't be too bad, but still.
(And haha, my icon choice was unintentionally extremely appropriate!) I know!! That's pretty awesome. I was about to write, "You kind of sound like Strong Bad when you're drugged up and stuffed with gauze," and then you went and said it yourself! Look at you being all clever, even when you're drugged up and stuffed with gauze.
Heal fast, friend.
Oh my! Hope you feel better soon. :) ow! ow! ow! ow! ow! ow! ow!
Hang in there Ouch. I had that done about a decade back. Luckily vicodin works quite well, although it might also knock you on your ass. You'll probably have to get your food through a straw for a couple days. (If you can get a cute girl to come tend to you during the recovery, that also helps.)
Best wishes. Is this an appropriate time to gloat about the fact that I don't have any wisdom teeth and never did? No? Okay, sorry.
But seriously, hope you get back up to speed soon! |
