|05:42 pm - Cultural Meme to Make Benefit Glorious Nation of India|
Voice posts are fun, right? You get to hear funny accents if your friends are from far, far away. All we really want is to hear your voice, we don't care what you're saying. So here's a list of typical meme questions that would otherwise be boring, but when communicated aloud - well, it's entertaining. Answer these questions in your post, and encourage others with voice-posting abilities to do the same.
1) What's your name?
2) How old are you?
3) Where are you from? Are you living there right now?
4) Is it cold where you are?
5) What's the time?
6) What are you wearing?
7) What was the last thing you listened to?
8) What was the last thing you ate?
9) What was the last thing you watched on tv [sic]?
10) What's your favorite tv [sic] show? Why?
11) Quick! Find a book, or something with text on it! Flip to a random page and read some of it! GO!
12) What was the last movie you saw? How was it?
13) Do YOU think you have an accent? Talk about that.

Dude. You are a fucking ham, and I love you.
There is something perversely satisfying in convincing people you have a certain accent. I actually had some English people convinced I was English once. It was a trip.
I'm not sure whether to be offended, because "ham" is generally used in a derogatory manner, but then there was the love part! So I will take it as a compliment. I was certainly not trying to win any awards, but I also was not intentionally overdoing anything. Much.

I almost transcribed that, but it would ruin the fun!
I know! I'll make Tiny do this one WITH me. :D
Of course, I wasn't fooled since I've actually talked with you. But hee! You do a convincing Random Indian Dude accent.
'Course, I actually do have a funny accent in real life! (Well, you already know that. Hee.)
You do a convincing Random Indian Dude accent.
Thank you! It's in my blood, after all. (Isn't that...actually, kind of weird? That voices can be somewhat genetic? Or is it more that I've spent more time around actual Indian people, even though they don't have thick accents?)

you are a nut and i was amused. so, mission accomplished...
Good! My work here is done.
I... don't get it. That's what you sound like. I WOULD KNOW!
And now I have to figure out how to make a voice post...

Hahaha amazing. I think my favourite was the coy "I am not telling the boxers or the briefs!"
I am a fan of that bit too.
You are such a dork and wonderful...HAHA, loveeed it.
'That would be the Heroes, with the Mohinder.' Oh man. Rocken.
Initially, when I thought I was going to do it now, it would have been "Avatar with Guru Pathik." We got all kinds of Indians up in this tizeevee!
Isn't it amazing how one simple article can be so humorous? The Heroes. Heh.
Why don't you talk like a that all the time, the Cow?
I actually do, when you're not around.
You are adorable.

You did not insert the [sic] to show that the error was in the original, did you!?
There is only one good answer here.
OMG I loved when you dropped the accent at the end, that was hilarious. Because I had been listening to Indian!Sunil for 4 minutes and then he was gone and my BFF was back and all was right with the world!
Didn't it just blow your mind?
Dude, that was hilarious!
Unfortunately, I have no cool accent, nor am I very good at faking one (like you are). I can probably affect a so-so Sean Connery accent, but it would sound horrible over the phone.
Oh, and Coraline is awesome!

Too fucking funny. Thanks for the laugh, man. It was greatly needed. How you healin'?
I'm doing fine, according to my doctor.
When I was living in Scotland, I used to get American tourists asking me directions all the time, and sometimes I'd put on a Scottish accent and misdirect them. I'm easily amused. I did actually develop a bit of an accent while I was there, but it's long gone now, and I can't fake it very well. :(
(Why am I not asleep?!)
Because my life is just FAR TOO COMPELLING, apparently.
